DATES AND VENUE OF THE SEMINAR

The seminar will take place at CEDEX, in the building of the « Centro de Estudios de Técnicas Aplicadas » (C.E.T.A.) Calle Alfonso XII, 3-5 – 28071 Madrid - room n°1 (AULA Nº1).

TRAVEL / ARRIVAL AIRPORT

When you arrive at Madrid airport you are invited to take a taxi by yourself to go to the hotel where you will be accommodated (see the address below). The cost of it (around 30 to 40 EUR) will be reimbursed to you on presentation of the bill, so we recommend you not to forget to ask it to the taxi driver.

If your travel is supported by EMWIS, PLEASE, keep all your boarding passes and send them to us when you are back to your country; we need them for our financial reports to the European Commission.

Single room (B&B) will cost 105 EUR all taxes included.

Lunches during the seminar, will be organized for all the participants to the seminar, at the restaurant of CEDEX, i.e. on 3^rd and 4^th July.

Other dinners and lunches will be free at your own expenses.
