Senior Project Manager, IRC International Water and Sanitation Centre, The Netherlands [deadline: 03 February]

The IRC International Water and Sanitation Centre is looking for a Senior Project Manager who will help to continuously develop and improve projects and country programmes management.

Duty station: The Hague, The Netherlands
Position level: Senior Programme Officer
Salary: €5,553.35 (max) depending on qualifications and experience

Main responsibilities: to ensure a smooth implementation of medium to large projects in accordance with their respective planning and approaches as well as to improve the whole project management cycle within the organisation

Requirements include:

• Extensive Project Management experience (minimum 7 years) preferably in multi-country and / or multi-partner projects, including knowledge of project management systems and programmes, and preferrably with experience and knowledge of US-based donors
• Minimum Master’s level in (project) management or any related degree and/ or experience
• Fluent in English, very good understanding of French, and preferably a good understanding of Portuguese
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time to different developing countries
• Work (and residence) permit for The Netherlands (Not applicable to EU citizens)
