Third Africa Water Week
The 3rd Africa Water Week was organized by the African Ministers' Council on Water (AMCOW) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from 22 to 26 November 2010. Over one thousand delegates attended this annual water event. Both the WHO/UNICEF JMP and the UN-Water GLAAS were represented.

GLAAS launched a snapshot of the status of "enabling environment" indicators for the African continent. The experience of the Government of Ghana using GLAAS data to enhance aid effectiveness in water and sanitation was highlighted.
