New director in the Blue Plan

Mr. Henri-Luc Thibault, will take up the direction of the Blue Plan office on September 1st, 2006, and will replace Mr. Guillaume Benoit, who will animate a unit of reflection and proposals for sustainable rural development within the Kingdom of Morocco. The new director, Mr. Thibault is a qualified scientist, and has vast experience in bilateral and multilateral cooperation management within the Environmental and Development fields. He was previously in charge of the International Affairs Department of the French Ministry of Ecology and Sustainable Development.
