4th Istanbul International Water Forum (IIWF)

The 4^th Istanbul International Water Forum (IIWF) will be held on 10 - 11 May 2017 at the İstanbul Lütfi Kırdar Congress Center (ICEC), Turkey. The Forum is organised by the Turkish Water Institute (SUEN) under the Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs of Turkey. The 4^th IIWF will address the theme “Water and Peace” with a specific focus on current refugee issues.

The 4^th IIWF will discuss the issues of urban water management, water related relief actions, financing mechanisms, legal aspects, implementation and monitoring of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in response to demographic changes and changing needs as a result of global refugee crisis.
