Third meeting of the Implementation Committee of the Water Convention

The Implementation Committee under the Water Convention was established at the sixth session of the Meeting of the Parties to the Convention (Rome, 28-30 November 2012) which adopted decision VI/1 on support to implementation and compliance (see in Eng andRus).

At its third meeting, the Implementation Committee is expected to discuss the draft analysis on the need for reporting under the Convention. The Committee will also further discuss the modalities for raising awareness about the mechanism to facilitate and support implementation and compliance.
