First consultation and kick-off meeting - Mediterranean White Book on Water

Following the meeting of September 20^th, 2012 in Valencia (Spain), it was decided to organize the first Consultation and Launching meeting of the “Mediterranean White Book on Water” on November  12, 2012 in Madrid (Spain).

The targeted participants to be invited to this meeting would be:

- Representatives of decision makers bodies from 9 Mediterranean countries,

- Representatives of potential financial institutions

- Representatives of regional networks and NGO (to be defined)

- The Steering committee
