On the Road to Istanbul: The 5th World Water Forum in the Making

Seven months prior to the 5th World Water Forum, to be held on 16-22 March 2009 in Istanbul, this side-event will provide the latest information on the world's largest water-related event, both in terms of the progress already made in its preparation and what still requires your active contribution. It will explain the various ways in which participants can be involved in the Istanbul Forum and will also elaborate on how certain issues discussed during the World Water Week in Stockholm will continue to be developed in order to propose concrete solutions to decision makers at the 5th World Water Forum.
