The second annual Sustainability of the Planet Conference
Sustainability of the Planet Program is a facilitator, a step assessor of sustainability projects, an administrator and a catalyst. It can be seen as a broker between projects managers and financiers. The aims are to mobilize global supply chain for a sustainable planet through different objectives, namely to fight climate change and prevent pollution by efficient use of resources in product design and production, to bring in more SMEs in sustainable development and encourage project leaders to bring in ideas and form project teams.
Agenda summary
Day 1 will be dedicated to discussions on ways to Share calculated risks in the Sustainability Projects between entrepreneurs, governments, industry, financial institutions and organisations working with sustainability issues.
Day 2 will be dedicated to sustainability projects workshops dealing with different questions related to strategic global resources depletion prevention, sustainability business case, compulsory and voluntary standards, as well as needed changes in institutional structures and governance processes.
Day 3 will contain different presentations on financial opportunities. Sustainability projects will also be exposed and followed by discussions between project leaders and potential funders like foundations, investors, banks and public institutions.
