Whoever is interested in physical water balances or economic water accounts, might want to have a look at the presentations from the kick-off meeting (5 Feb 2014) of the 7 new grants from ES and IT awarded by the COM at: https://circabc.europa.eu/w/browse/eabd73d9-293f-4cec-a09a-193121788a04 (or below). Very interesting presentations came also from grantees of the previous 2011 round.

This work will be developed aligned with the WG Water Accounts that will start its activity soon, in order to ensure that quantitative water data are adequately considered in the 2nd cycle of RBMPs, in particular in those basins where water scarcity, droughts or resource efficiency are relevant.
