Knowledge Mapping and Analysis of ESCWA Member States' Capacities in Managing Shared Water Resources
Study/publication that draws lessons learned from a series of international and regional case studies, which are presented through the lens of these four pillars as a means for mapping national and basin-wide capacities for shared water resource management in the ESCWA region. The study provides a basis for what will be later elaborated in ESCWA Water Development Report 4 in 2011.
