DATES AND VENUE OF THE SEMINAR

The meeting will take place at CEDEX, in the building of the « Centro de Estudios de Técnicas Aplicadas » (C.E.T.A.) Calle Alfonso XII, 3-5 – 28071 Madrid - room n°1 (AULA Nº1).

TRAVEL / ARRIVAL AIRPORT

When you arrive at Madrid airport you are invited to take a taxi by yourself to go to the hotel where you will be accommodated (see the address below). The cost is around 30 / 40 EUR. If your travel is supported by EMWIS, it will be reimbursed to you on presentation of the bill, so we recommend you not to forget to ask it to the taxi driver.

If your travel is supported by EMWIS, PLEASE, keep all your boarding passes and send them to us when you are back to your country; we need them for our financial reports to the European Commission.
