DATES AND VENUE OF THE SEMINAR

The seminar will take place at CEDEX, in the building of the « Centro de Estudios de Técnicas Aplicadas » (C/Alfonso XII, 3-5 – 28071 Madrid) from Monday 13 November 9:30 until Wednesday 15 November 2006 13:00.

TRAVEL / ARRIVAL AIRPORT

When you arrive at Madrid airport you are invited to take a taxi by yourself to go to the hotel where you will be accommodated (see the address below). The cost of it is around 30 to 40 EUR.

If your travel is supported by EMWIS, PLEASE, keep all your boarding passes and send them to us when you are back to your country; we need them for our financial reports to the European Commission.

Single room (B&B) will cost 112,35 EUR all taxes included.

Lunches during the seminar, will be organized for all the participants to the seminar, at the restaurant of CEDEX, i.e. 3 lunches.

Tuesday night 14 November you will be invited by CEDEX to a dinner. More information will be given when you are there.

Other dinners and lunches will be free at your own expenses.

You will find enclosed planning’s « arrival and departure » of all the participants to the seminar.

DATES ET LIEU DU SEMINAIRE

Le séminaire aura lieu au CEDEX, dans le bâtiment du « Centro de Estudios de Técnicas Aplicadas » (C/Alfonso XII, 3-5 – 28071 Madrid) de Lundi 13 novembre 9:30 à mercredi 15 novembre 2006 à 13:00.

VOYAGE / ARRIVEE AEROPORT

A votre arrive à l’aéroport de Madrid vous êtes invités à prendre un taxi par vous-même pour rejoindre l’hôtel dans lequel vous serez hébergé (voir son adresse plus bas). Le prix de la course est environ 30 à 40 EUR.

Si votre voyage est financé par le SEMIDE, S’IL VOUS PLAIT, vous voudrez bien conserver vos cartes d’embarquement et nous les envoyer à votre retour dans votre pays. Nous en avons besoin pour nos rapports financiers à la Commission Européenne.
